Terms of Service

1. Who we are

VanPlot is operated by Vladimir Šterjoski, sole proprietor (preduzetnik), Republic of Serbia (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of the VanPlot website and app at vanplot.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

VanPlot is a planning tool: a 3D editor for designing camper van interior layouts, with weight, cost, power, and material estimates. Plans, dimensions, weights, and cost figures produced by the Service are estimates for planning purposes only.

VanPlot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any vehicle manufacturer. Vehicle names and dimensions are used solely to identify vehicle models; all dimensions are approximate. Always verify measurements against your actual vehicle, and have safety-critical work (gas, electrical, structural) checked by a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for your build.

3. Your account

You need an account to save projects. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the Service.

4. Your content

Layouts, projects, custom components, and files you upload remain yours. You grant us the license needed to store and display them back to you — that's it. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, or anything unlawful.

5. Purchases, billing & refunds

Paid plans are sold through our merchant of record (named on the checkout page), which handles checkout, payment, applicable taxes such as VAT, and billing support. Your purchase is also subject to the merchant of record's buyer terms, linked at checkout. The final price, including any applicable VAT, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Refunds follow our Plywood Guarantee: within 14 days of purchase, email us and we refund in full — no questions required, and you keep your exports. See the Guarantee page for details. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your content), belongs to us and our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it. Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misrepresent the Service as your own.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or losses arising from reliance on estimates the Service produces. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or consumers' statutory rights.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice; if you have an active paid license, we will refund the unused part or, for lifetime licenses purchased within the preceding 12 months, a fair pro-rated amount.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and continued use after the effective date means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
